Rava Omlet

Rava Omlet - Prasad Naik


  • In a Bowl take Rava (Sujee) Add fine chopped Onion, Green Chillis, Fresh Coriander, Ajwain and Salt. You can very the proportions as per your taste. 
  • Add Water for consistancy like Omlet or Uttapa, mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes for Rava to soak water. 
  • On a nonstick Tava spread the batter like Omlet. Roast it well from both sides by adding few drops of oil. 
  • You can make it crisp if you like, by Roasting it for longer time. Garnish as you like. Your Zatpat Rava Omlet is ready to serve.
