Egg Sukha

Egg Sukha - Nutan Shenoy Kini


  • Saute chopped onions. When light brown, add gg paste. 
  • Saute till raw smell disappears. Add chilly pwdr salt n turmeric. Mix well. 
  • Add chopped boiled eggs. Ideally remove the yellow n prepare with whites. 
  • Perfectly healthy. Mix well. 
  • Garnish wid loads of chopped coriander n serve hot with dal rice or chapatis.
