Saboodana-Rajgeera Soft Uttapas ( Pan Cakes) - Prasad Naik
- Overnight Saboodana to be soaked.
- Take soaked Saboodana add Roasted crushed Peanuts, Rajgeera Atta, Roasted Jeera, Jeera Powder,Salt to taste, Fine chopped Green Chillies & Fresh Coriander.
- Add little water for consistancy like Uttapa. Make small Uttapas (Pan Cakes) on non stick Tava with little oil.
- Cook them well from both the sides. These Uttapas are delicate and are soft but amezing in taste. You can serve with Green Chatni, Curds or Tomato Ketchup.
