Instant Panpolo

Instant Panpolo - Pooja Shenoy

I have prepared Panpolo using rice flour ( Nirapara Appam/ Idiyappam podi) and Maggi coconut milk powder mix.

Mix 1/2 cup rice powder , 1/4 cup coconut powder , 1 cup water , salt to prepare the batter. Add 1-2tbsp water if batter looks thick. Consistency should be like full fat milk
Heat the dosa pan on high flame. Pour the batter from a little height t
o get the holes. Reduce flame and cover and cook for few seconds . Drizzle some oil/ghee.I prepared dosa on non stick tava and did not use any oil/ghee ( Mine turned a little brown). Fold the dosa and remove from tava.
