Dhaba Style Prawn Curry

Dhaba Style Prawn Curry - Nutan Shenoy Kini


  • Saute onions. Add gg paste. Saute fr 2 mins. Add chopped tomatoes.
  • Cover n cook till soft n mushy. Press well with ladle. Dry roast sukha dhania dalchini laung chakraphool n kala elaichi. Powder it.
  • Add prawns cleaned deveined n marinated with salt chilly pwdr haldi n lime juice. Saute well. 
  • Add warm water to adjust consistency. Cover n cook. Adjust salt. 
  • Garnish with chopped coriander n serve with rotis or jeera rice.
