AALU 65

AALU 65 - Nandini Kini.

RECIPE:
take 1 cup half boiled aalu cut into cubes n marinate with salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, chopped curry leaves, chopped 1 green chilli, 2 tsp chilli pdr, 5 tsp corn flour, 2 tsp maida n 2 tsp rice flour ,keep for 1 hr n deep fry.
