Chicken masala..jhatpat

Chicken Masala..Jhatpat - Nutan Shenoy-Kini

Recipe:
Chopped onions roughly. Ek ka 4 piece. Browned well in oil. Tomatoes halved added. Fried till mushy. Ground to a paste with gg. In a kadhai added oil, 2 bay leaves n added ground paste aftr bay leaves changed colour. When masala was well cooked, added chicken premarinated with salt turmeric lime juice chilly pwd kashmiri chilly pwdr n everest chicken masala. Fried till all pieces wr well coated wid masala. Added lil water, covered n cooked. Garnished with hara dhania n served hot with phulkas, jeera rice n raita
