Kalonji Wale Aloo Gobhi - Tanushree Aich
Recipe:
Take abt 4-5 tspns oil in a wok, add abt a tspn kalonji ( onion seeds) once they splutter, add a slit green chilly, add cauliflower florets & cubed potatoes . Smear salt & turmeric pwdr over the cut veggies pre adding.( florets n cubes shud b small) , let them fry till the cauliflower n potatoes get roasted on all sides, stir occasionally, when veggies are almost cooked add chopped tomatoes & cover with lid. The veggies will cook well in the tomatoe juice, sprinkle water if req. Turn off heat when tomatoes get mushy n veggies r fully cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves
