Sabudana Rava Dosa - Suman Bhat
recipe credits Sabitha Shenoy. 1 cup sabudana soaked in water for 2 hours..1cup rava to be added just before making dosa.Ginger green chilli bits or paste ( I put paste as kids dont like it coming in the mouth) .Some jeera lil salt and sugar as per taste and curry leaves.Mix all well and make nice crisp yummy dosas...these r like rava god bhakri we normally make but with added flavour coz of sabudana :-)I missed to write above...some grated fresh coconut too about 2-3 tbsp to be added into batter...!!
