Tikka Paneer Sabzi

Tikka Paneer Sabzi - Roopa Suraj
Recipe :
250 gms paneer - cut into 1' cubes, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli pdr, 1/4 tsp turmeric pdr, or a pinch of food colour, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp oil, 2 capsicums- cut into fine rings, 2 onions- cut into fine rings, 1/4 tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp tandoori masala....Grind to a rough paste without any water : 3-4 flakes garlic, 1 & 1/2 inch piece ginger, 2-3 green chillies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, ..... 

Method :
1. cut Capsicum & onion into rings, 

2. Grind garlic, ginger, green chillis, cumin seeds to a rough paste without water.... 
3. add 3/4 tsp salt, chilli pdr, & lemon juice to the paste. add a little turmeric or food colour to give colour to the paste. 
4. cut paneer into 1" squares, apply 3/4 of the ginger chilli paste nicely on all the pieces... keep the leftover paste aside. 
5. place the paneer on a greased wire rack of an oven & grill for 10-15 minutes till it is dry & slightly crisp.... Keep aside..... 
6. at serving time ...heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai fry capsicum & onion rings for a few minutes till onions turn transparent.... 
7. add leftover ginger chilli paste & a few drops of lemon juice...add black salt & 1/4 tsp salt too.... 
8. add grilled paneer pieces, sprinkle tandoori masala...toss for a minute till the paneer turns soft & is heated properly...Serve immediately.
