Prawn Sukkha(Sungata Sukke)

Prawn Sukkha(Sungata Sukke) - Priya r Shenoy
Recipe:
sauté the cleaned deveined prawns in a lil bit of oil for sometime and keep aside...make a masol with roasted red chillies,coconut and tamarind and a lil turneric......in oil fry plenty of chopped onions till translucent....then add some wter and let the onion cook....once the water dries up..add the prawns and let them cook for a while....add some water if required....then lastly add the masol and salt to taste and lt it cook well....till you get the consistency as shown in the pic
