Phool Makhni Kheer

Phool Makhni Kheer - Nutan Shenoy-Kini
Saute 125 gms phool makhani (lotus seed) in a lil ghee. Add 1 litre boiled milk. When it boils well, add the contents of a 395 g Nestle Milkmaid tin. Keep stirring. Boil well. Add 5-6 pwd cardamoms n Everest Milk Masala (small). Let it boil. Now garnish with desired dry fruits sauted in ghee.
