Soya Mutter Pulao - Dr Ramesh S Shenoy
(No Onion/Garlic)
Ingredients: 1cup jeera or basumati rice,1 fist of soya chunks,1 tomato,1/2 cup fresh green peas,1tsp red chilli powder,1and 1/2 tsp garam masala,1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
Method: Heat 2tsp oil in cooker add onion (optional)(chopped) and fry till golden brown,now add tomato and fry for 2 minutes now add one by one powders and fry for some time.Next add green peas fry ,then soya chunks (softened) and fry for 2 minutes.Lastly add rice and fry then water,close the lid and switch the gas after three whistle.Serve hot with raita..
