Jain Kofta Curry - Vidya Pai
Recipe:
Boil 2 cups tomato puree with 1 cup water, salt , sugar, pinch of dalchini pd, 1/2 tsp pizza seasonings, 3 tsp tomato ketchup, lil chilli pd and boil till raw smell disappears then add 2-3 tsp smooth cream and mix well and keep aside.
Boil and grate raw banana and mash while its still hot then add fine chopped coloured capsicums, crushed peas and corn, salt, pepper pd, lime juice, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and shape into koftas, roll in a mixture of maida and cornflour and deep fry till golden.
