Veg Palak Curry

Veg Palak Curry - Dr Ramesh S Shenoy

Ingredients: 
Palak 1 bunch, 
green chillies 2 - 3 nos. 
1 inch ginger, 
2 - 3 flakes of garlic, 
1 onion. Vegetables (carrot, cauliflower/broccoli, potato)
(optional - red chilly powder & garam masala powder).




Method: 
Blanch palak leaves, grind this along with garlic, ginger & green chillies. Heat oil in a pan add diced onion & fry till brown. Add palak paste, fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Add cooked diced vegetables & fry for 1 - 2 minutes. Cover & cook for further 5 minutes. Garnish with cream.
