Super Fast Sindhi Khadi

Super Fast Sindhi Khadi - Dr Ramesh S. Shenoy


Ingredients & Recipe:
 
8 each Mitkase sangh & bhendae. 
1 medium battato, cubed. 
1 carrot, 1 inch thick sliced.
2 Therni mirsanghi, 

Method: Heat Oil 2 table spoon, in a cooker, add 1/2 tsp each jeera & methi, 1/4 tsp hingha pitto, then add 2 tsp chana pita, fry for 2 mints, add randhaekai, 2 tsp thambdi mirsangae pitti, 1/4 tsp haldi pitti, 2 tarni mirsang kocholu, 1 inch allae, 2 tsp chinchamba udda ani meett. mix. Add 1 & 1/2 cup udda & mix, close the lid ani 3 whistle in cooker. Serve hot with rice
