Aloo Bhindi Masala

Aloo Bhindi Masala - Dr Ramesh S Shenoy

Ingredients: 
Ladies finger 250 gm, 
Potato small 4, 
tomato medium size 1, 
Onion medium size 1, 
coriander powder 1 tbsp, 
chilly powder 1 tsp, 
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, 


Method: 
Cut ladies finger to 1 to 1 1/2 inch size, potato into wedge shaped, apply salt & keep aside for 5 min. slice onion & tomato into small pieces. heat oil & deep fry potato/kadies finger seperatly. In another pan heat oil & fry onion till transparent. Now add coriander powder, red chilly powder & turmeric powder fry with a gap of 1 min. fry till oil leaves the pan. add chopped tomatos, cooked till soft, add salt to taste. Now lastly add fried potato & ladies finger. Cook for 2 min on low flame. Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves garnishing
