Tender Coconut Pudding

Tender Coconut Pudding - Vidya Pai
Recipe: All measurements use condensed milk tin
1 tin condensed milk(395gms nestle)
2 tin coconut water
2 tin milk
1 tin coco flesh
3 table spoon gelatin

Method:
Dissolve gelatine in coconut water completely. Boil milk then add add condensed milk conut mixed gelatine waterand boil in low flme for 10 min..cool for 15 min...in a serving bowl put coconut flesh pourentire pudding mix n keep in freezer for an hour then in fridge. U can also use rose petal with coconut flesh if you like. I used water melon chops for deco
