Gazpacho

Gazpacho - Anagha Kulkarni
Recipe-
4 ripe red tomatoes,
1/2 onion, 
1/2 cucumber, 
any coloured pepper, 
1 jalapeño, 
2 peeled cloves of garlic, 
handful coriander, 
juice of one lemon/lime, 
extra virgin olive oil, 
rice wine vinegar, 
salt. 

( 1 piece of baguette bread or crabmeat is optional, can add watermelon juice). Add tabasco sauce. First put tomatoes in the blender, make puree, add other remaining ingredients, blend again, Serve chilled.
