Egg Curry 3

Egg Curry 3 - Rekha Vishwanath Nayak

INGREDIENTS:-
Eggs - 5
onion chopped - 1 big
tomato chopped - 1 large
ginger- garlic paste - 1tsp
kitchen king masala - 2tsp
cashew nuts soaked in warm water - 5
coriander leaves, finely chopped for garnishing
salt to taste
turmeric pow - 1/4 tsp
METHOD:-
1. Fry onions till brown, add tomatoes and fry till it becomes mushy.
2. Add the ginger garlic paste n fry.
3. Add the kitchen king masala+ turmeric pow and fry till its blends well.
4. Now allow it to cool. & then grind it+cashew nuts to a fine paste.
5. In the same kadai, return the paste. If the gravy is too thick add some milk. & bring it to a boil.
6. Now add the boiled eggs.(boil eggs & remove shells. draw small cuts on eggs taking care not to break the eggs)+salt to taste.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves
