Recipe:
Bhindi masala microwave type. cross cut bhendis. 10-12. take a tbsp oil, add 1tsp jeera. toss, add onion med size 2 cut lengthwise, toss add 2 tsp coriander powder, toss, add bhindi and tomato (one small) and mix well. add i tsp full red chilly powder mix well. transfer to a microwave bowl. cook on high for 3-4 minutes depends on your microwave power. Bhindi should be cooked but should retain its crunchiness.garam masala powder and cor leaves opt. Total 10 minutes time.
