Sprouted Moong Salad

Sprouted Moong Salad - Shobana Rao

Sprouted Moong, 1 cup Tomato, chopped, 1 Green Chilly, chopped, 1 Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Cabbage, chopped, 1/2 cup Carrots, grated, 1/4 cup Onion, chopped, 1 Coriander, chopped, 2 tsp Salt, to taste

Method:

Steam the sprouted moong for about 5 minutes and cool it. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well Garnish with coriander leaves Serve cold

* Moong is usually sprouted by soaking it overnight in water and allowing it to germinate.
