Rasam Powder

Rasam Powder - Nandini Kini

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup fenugreek seeds(methi)
1/2 cup cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 cuppepper corns
2 cups coriander seeds (daniya)
4 cups red chillies
2 tsp haldi 4 tsp asafoetida powder

PROCEDURE:


Dry roast separately all the spices
Make a fine powder
Store in a airtight jar after it comes to room temperature
