Tomato Salsa with Nacho Chips


Tomato Salsa with Nacho Chips - Anuradha Prabhu

Method:

Blend 3 large ripe tomatoes to a smooth consistency. Add 1 finely chopped onion, 3-4 finely chopped green chillies, 1small capscicum finely chopped, 1/2 cup of chopped coriander leaves, 2tbsp of tomato ketchup, salt to taste, 1tsp of olive oil. Mix well & serve with nachoes.
