Rice Rotti

Rice Rotti - Nutan Shenoy-Kini

Recipe: 

For 3 cups rice flour add 3 1/2 cups warm water n a lil salt gradually. Mix well. Place the mixture in a kadhai on sim gas n mix well till it becomes a sticky homogenous mixture. Let cool. Knead like chapati dough. Make small balls. Dole out like chapatis. Roast on tawa. Rotis are done. You can keep them well wrapped in the fridge n m/w heat or just warm directly on gas flame like phulkas they remain soft n yummy.
