Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies - Shwetha Amit Pai

IngredientsButter : 2/3 cup
Powdered sugar : 1/2cup
Brown sugar : 1/2cup
Vanilla essence : 1tsp
Cream : 1/4cup
Plain flour, sieved : 1.5cups
Baking powder : 1/2tsp
Salt : 1/2tsp
Soda bicarbonate : 1/2tsp
Chocolate chips (I used hershey’s semi-sweet) : 1.5cups

Method
Preheat the oven to 180deg/350F/Gas mark 4
Mix thoroughly butter, both types of sugar, vanilla and cream. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking tray. Bake for 8-10min or until light brown
Cool before removing from the tray. Fill in an airtight container.
