Capsicum ,Potato Kayirasa.

Recipe :

Cut 3 med. capsicum n 1 med potato into small pieces..In a kadai, take little oil add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 2 red chillies n curry leaves, first add potato then add capsicum (as capsicum cooks fast) cook by adding little water..Meanwhile, take 1 1/2 tsp chana dal n 1/4 tsp hing powder, fry this in little oil..Add this to 2 tblespoon of coconut, 3-4 red chillies,tamarind n salt (all as per ur taste) ..grind well.. Add this masala to half cooked veggies, if required add little water cook until its done n gravy becomes thick..
