Baingan Bharwa

Baingan Bharwa - Kanthi Sidan

3brinjal,
2casicum,
1potato and 1cup green pees.

for masala:
1 or 11/2 tsp chilli powder.
1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
1tsp aam choor powder 
salt to taste.
mix masala with little water.
cut the brinjol in to 4.do't cut the edge.and fill masala in to it.
cut potato in to 4 and apply masala to it. 
Cut capsicum into 8 pieces.
apply masala to it.
heat 2 tbls oil in kadayi,add jeera.a dd veg in to it with mutter.sprinklelittle water in to this.close the lid and cook in sim.check the salt
