150 Grm red chillies,250 grm dhania,50grm chana dal,50 grm urdh dal,50 gram Thor dal,50grn jeera,25grm methi,25grm kali mirchi,25grm heingh,25 grm heldi powder.25grm raw rice,Heldi poder chodke,baki sub thoda oil dal kar fry karnahai
