Pressure cook potatoes.. Cut n apply salt... Chili PD...sambar PD n keep for sumtim...take kadai....add oil.splutter mustard or jeera..add curry leaves..hing... N then d cut potatoes. Fry til brownish.. Don add water... Squeeze lime n serve.
