green tomatoes-5 to 7 ...onion-1 large...cocnut grted-3/4 cup...jeera-1 teasp..green chillies-5 to 6...curry leaves n coconut oil...
cut d green tomatoes n onion n slices. add some salt n mix well vth hand....let some water ooze out frm it...den grind coarsely coconut,jeera n green chillies...add dis to d tomato n again mix well vth ur hands....den add some 1/4 cup f water n den cook it till evrything gets nicely mixedd n cooked......turn off d gas n add curry leaves ...jst crush den n u r palm n den add....den pour some coconut oil over d aviyal...a tasty aviyal s ready...
