Chatpata Aaloo

Chatpata Aaloo ... Dr Ramesh S Shenoy

Ingredients & Recipe:
Peal the potato & cut into wedges followed by half boiling. Heat 2 tbsp gingely or olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic & fry till brown. Add potatoes. Fry for 3 - 4 minutes on low heat. Add salt to taste & chilly flakes. Further fry for 1 minute. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot as starter.
