Rulavu Carrot Doddaka

Rulavu Carrot Doddaka - Sabitha Shenoy


Ingredients & Method : 

Crush green chillies, salt, jaggery and grated coconut. Then added rava,grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves. Mixed well and allowed to rest for half an hour. Then made rotties. Adding ripe banana and grated ginger is optional. Grated cucumber can also be added.adding carrot is an idea from Kudpi Raj.
