Capsicum Bhurji

Capsicum Bhurji - Dr Ramesh S Shenoy

Ingredients 

2 cups chopped capsicum, 
1/2 cup basan, 
1/4th tsp turmeric powder, 
1/2 tsp each red chilli powder, 
amchur powder, 
fennel powder, 
garam masala, 
cumin seeds, 
1 tsp corriander powder, 
2 tbsp oil.. 

Method: 

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, roast basan on low flame till golden colour, add all spices & mix well. Heat rest of the oil & fry cummin seeds, add chopped capsicum. Cook till done... Now mix in salt & roasted basan with spices..
