Mango Seed Dosa

Mango Seed Dosa - Kanaka G Shenoy


Ingredients: Mango seeds, Chilly powder, Pepper powder, turmeric powder, Hing powder, Methi & Salt.


Recipe: Mango seed, spit opened should be kept in water for 7 days. The water should be changed daily. On 7th day, mango seeds along with required chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, hing powder, salt & methi should be grind in the mixie. This batter is mixed with ordinary udid dosa batter ((1 mango seed batter with 4 dosa batter.. Ratio may be changed if the taste is liked... The excess mango seed if any may be dried in sun & kept for future use....
