Mushroom Masala

Mushroom Masala - Tanushree Aich

Recipe:-

Wash n cut button mushrooms in quarters
In a wok, add oil, saute the mushrooms for just abt a min & remove
Now add whole garam masala - baj leaves, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom
Then add finely chopped onions & green chillies
Once onions turn translucent add ginger garlic paste
Saute until rawness goes, add kashmiri chilly pwdr, turmeric pwdr, garam masala pwdr
Add tomato puree n cook for abt 5 mins till masala leaves sides
Now add cashew paste,
Add whisked thick curd, saute n mix well
Add the mushrooms
Let the masala thicken n coat the mushrooms well, add lightly crushed kasuri methi
Adjust the salt
Lastly garnish with chopped cilantro!!

PS : u may add a lil water in the end to adjust the gravy thickness
