Carrot Besan Burfi

Carrot Besan Burfi - Shyamala Shenoy

Recipe : 
Take 1 cup of grated carrot n 1/4 cup milk ,blend together n make a smooth paste.. Heat kadai, add the carrot paste, 1/2 cup besan, 1 cup sugar, mix together n start stirring on med low flame.. Add 1/4 cup of ghee slowly in regular intervals..When the mixture starts to bubble , add cardmom powder.. Keep stirring untill it leaves the edges n bcm a mass.. Transfer it to greased tray. Garnish with chopped cashews n pista. When warm Cut into desired shapes..
