Mashinga Palle Sanna Polo - Suman Bhat
Recipe:
1 cup toor dal 2 cups rice soak both in water for about 2 hours and grind coarse rava like along with 1 lemon sized tamarind 8-10 red chillies ( mix of kashmiri and spicy ones to get nice red color batter) 1/2 narle vale soyi , Salt and hingu to taste.(U can add chilli powder too incase u want it more spicy).To the batter add washed and de veined drum stick leaves as much as it can take in...make small thick dosas and roast both sides till golden brown and done.
