Bread Dosa

Bread Dosa - Vinoda Nayak

Recipe:
Grind soaked rice 1 cup,coconut 1/2 cup and salt.then add a pinch of baking soda and sugar 5 tsps, curds 2 tsp. Allow to ferment fr 6 hrs.then put ghee in kadai (not dosa pan), put batter an d cook covered.this dosa will be sweet and spongy.hence called bread dosa.but do c that batter is thick.yummy with ghee
