Sabudana Wada

Sabudana Wada - Suman Bhat
1 cup sabudana wash and drain ...leave aside for an hour as per Nutan Shenoy-Kini. ...2 to 3 three medium potatoes...2- 3 tbsp half crushed peeled rosted peanuts..I put whole...coriander leaves salt lemon to garnish 2 tsp jeera 1 tsp haldi.mix well.make stiff dough....let set in fridge for an hour ..then make vadas and deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
