Methi Leaves Chutney

Methi Leaves Chutney - Shyamala Shenoy

Recipe : 
Heat 1 tsp oil, fry 1tsp chanadal , 1tsp urad dal, 1 tblespn peanuts n 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, n green chillies as per ur taste n keep aside. Now in the same kadai fry 1chopped tomato for a min n add 1 cup of chopped methi leaves n lil coriander leaves.. fry for another min. Add salt..Grind all the ingridients to make a thick chutney .. If needed add lil tamarind n lil sugar.. Goes well with poori ,chapathi or rice.
