Potato stuffed Poddale{snake gourd} - Sandhya N Kamath
Recipe:
stuffed potato snake gourd( poddale) tawa rawa fry...recipe...cut podale (snake
gourd) into roundels ..wash n keep aside...boil potatoes n mash
them...add salt..chilli pd..jeeera seasoning n mix well...stuff this
into the roundels...dip in chiroti rawa or rice flour and shallow fry on
tawa till done...sprinkle lil water initially n cover wid lid..fry til
