Baby onion gojju

Baby onion gojju - Shamala Bhat
Recipe:

Baby onions 15-20
Tamarind juice 1/cup
Chilli powder 3tsp
Samber pd 4tsp
Lil turmeric pd
Salt and small piece of Jaggarey(marbel size)
Take a kadai put 4tsp of oil and put lil cumin seeds when it crackles add the baby onions and fry till they get golden brown.soak the tamarind and extract juice add all powders to the juice includind salt and Jaggarey add this to fried onions and let boil till the onions become tender and it become little thicker gojju is ready
