Sweet corn Potato cutlets

Sweet corn Potato cutlets - Shyamala Shenoy

Recipe :
Boil 2 potatoes n mash it..Take 1 cup sweet corn n 1 tsp ginger garlic paste grind only one round in mixi just to crush corns..if u do more it vl leave water..Add this to potatoes, then add 2 bread slices (dip in water n squeez all the water) add chopped green chiilli , garam masala powder n salt, n lil bread crumbz..mix well ..it shud hv a consistency of chapathi dough..make small balls, flatten it into desired shapes..roll over them in bread crumbz..n keep in the fridge for 4 hrs.. Then deepfry in oil.. While frying put only 2-3 cutlets in hot oil as, it hs bn taken out frm fridge, oil bcm lil cool if u put more n cutlets vl break..i have used rusk powder instead of bread crumb n added onion n corinder leaves to the dough.
