Chocolate Fudge

Chocolate Fudge - Shwetha Amit Pai

Ingredients Chocolate chips (semi sweet) - 1 cup
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
Butter - 2tbsp + a little to grease
Pistachio - 1/3 cup

Method
Take chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter together in a thick bottom nonstick pan and cook on low heat till chocolate is melted and butter leaves sides of the pan. This process takes about 5 min. Now mix in the pistachio and pour the mixture in a greased aluminium foil container. Set it in room temperature and then in fridge till done. Cut into pieces and serve.
