Recipe:
Chop cabbage n cilantro finely. Add ginger green chilly paste turmeric pwdr chilly pwdr amchur pwdr salt gram flour rice flour n water n a lil oil. Mix well. Put in a mould. Steam in pedavan. Let cool. Cut into small squares n shallow fry on slow flame till crisp. Serve wid tomchi ketchup.
