Matar Paneer

Matar Paneer - Tanushree Aich
Recipe:
Paneer 200 gms
Peas a small cup full
2 medium onions
2 medium tomatoes
6-7 cashews
Turmeric pwdr 1/2 tbspn
Kashmiri chilly pwdr 1 tbspn
Kitchen king masala 1 tspn
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbspn
Thick curds 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Cream 3-4 tbspns

Boil sliced onions, tomatoes(make two slits) & cashews in lil water
Once they go tender n r cooked , cool n puree
In a wok add oil, saute gg paste, add the onion tomato cashew paste cook till rawness goes
Add turmeric, chilly n kk masala
Add whisked curd(add no water while whisking)
Add peas
When the masala leaves oil add milk, & paneer pieces
Simmer for abt a min
Add cream n garnish with cilantro
Adjust salt
