Methi Tambali

Methi Tambali - Pooja Shenoy

Recipe:
Fry about 1tsp methi and 1/2 tsp jeera and grind along with coconut +red chillies + yoghurt + salt. Prepare a seasoning of mustard +urad dal+ curry leaves. I prefer using ghee for frying and seasoning. Also forgot to add urad dal to the seasoning
