Achari Paneer Tikka

Achari Paneer Tikka - Kiranmayi Kamath

Paneer cubes - 12-16

For marination:
grind together:
1/2 tsp mustard, coriander leaves, green chillies(one or two) little turneric and add two tbsp thick kurds mix well and marinate the paneer cubes in the mix for 1/2 an hour. shallow fry the marinated paneer cubes on tava. Paneer tikka is ready to be savoured.
