Recipe:

marinate d fish pieces ..vth sufcient red chilli powder...haldi and salt...keep for some half an hour..now shallo fry d pieces..... d pieces r reqd only to be cooked...no need of frying till crisp....
grate 1 large coconut and extract milk twice....thick and thin....keep aside...
now heat oil...saute some ginger garlic chopped....5 to 7 slit green chillies...and 1 large onion..tll transparant.....and curry leaves... now add haldi powder and red chill powder (2 teasp)....saute....add 2 or 3 tomatoes.....mix well..now add d thin milk ,,,,,and slowly keep the shallow fried fish pieces ....keep on lw flame...let it boil...now add d thick milk......let it boil...and turn off..... now keep fresh curry leaves on top...pour coconut oil on top.....d kerala style FISH MOLI is ready.....
u can apply d same recipe for pomfrets....mackeral too...but best vth king fish....
